During our recent family vacation at the Novotel, we appreciated the great location right above a bustling shopping mall, making it easy for us to shop and explore the local waterfront. We enjoyed stunning views from our room, which was spacious enough for our needs, although it could benefit from some updates. The kids loved the clean and stylish atmosphere, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One morning, we opted to skip breakfast, but we noticed that many families gathered in the dining areas, which had a vibrant, inclusive vibe. The only hiccup was noise from the nearby road; earplugs became our best friends for a good night's sleep. It served as a decent base for our family getaway, combining convenience with a family-friendly environment.
